I'm just recently at 20# shoulder presses! But not cranking out 10 each per set yet... Regardless, it feels awesome!

I've been stuck on 20 lbs shoulder presses for months now! I don't know if I'll ever get up to 25 lbs.

Strong is the new skinny!!

Wow, 20 lbs is awesome! I'm doing them with 12 lbs so far, ha.

I needed 5 pound weights for the pullovers (stage 1) which was super embarrassing.

The weight tracker shows my maintenance range. :-)

20lbs? That's awesome! I'm starting with 5lbs and I can barely finish the 2nd set. I can't wait til I'm as strong as you are :).

I don't know your stats, but I would think your calorie count is right where it should be. Good job with all that protein!

My diet was already very good, but since starting the program I began counting calories again to make sure I am getting all the protein. My original intent was to cut calories by a few hundred, but I find I am so hungry that I just can't do it. But I am between 1500-1800 calories most days, which is still good, and getting 125 grams of protein a day.

I have been gaining crazy strength on this program. I made it through two complete sets of 10 should presses using 20 lb. dumbbells and made it to 7 reps on the last set. Now, if only I would start to lose some fat . . .
