I'm doing Tae Bo once a week. I'm wondering if that is too much for my muscles if it falls in between workout A and workout B. I also run intervals on the treadmill 3 times a week. I just don't feel that lifting weights alone is going to be enough! I also do bicycle crunches on off days... usually 3 sets of 40.
I haven't felt that I've needed the calf exercises but I do the Winsor Pilates advanced 20min workout on my days off from the gym (well, on Tues, Thurs and Sun), I take one day off on the weekends. It's a great workout for your abs and for developing core strength, I'm really enjoying it!!
