Baked Oatmeal has been a staple breakfast around here for a long time. Lately I have been trying to tweak the recipe to add protein and make it clean.

Here is what I came up with today. They are still in the oven so I can't say for sure if it was a success but the little taste I snuck of the batter tasted good!
