Spark doesn't have sex as a fitness activity, but we all know that sex IS a fitness activity, because it increases your heart rate, gets your blood flowing and makes you breathe faster and harder. Can anyone say CARDIO? Sex, at least really good sex, is definitely a form of cardio.
So you bet I count sex as a fitness activity! But since Spark doesn't have it (and what a shame that is for poor Sparkguy!) I examined some fitness activities that Spark does include, that could be used to report fitness minutes for having sex.
So here's my Top Ten List of Spark Fitness Codes For Having Sex:
#10. Swimming: breaststroke - Admittedly lame, which is why it's at #10. But think of it as "Swimming in a sea of pleasure, while doing the breaststroke." Yeah I know it's a reach, (and a grab) and yes, we can do better.
#9. Wrestling - For those of you who are into lots of holds and moves, and enjoy "pinning" and getting pinned! Cummon guys - admit it! You know that pinning her down during sex can be exciting, and if you're lucky, she feels that way too.
#8. Belly Dancing - When you tango out on the dance floor, you dance cheek to cheek. And when you do the horizontal bop in bed, (or location of your choice) well you're often dancing belly to belly, or... Belly Dancing! Very motivating for what it takes to flatten your stomach, and strengthen those abs!
#7. Playing an Instrument - More appropriate for the ladies, but we all know that there's guys who do it too. And one of them may be your Congressman...
#6. Massage Work - Full body rub down of your naked lover, using lots of touching, stroking, and muscle massaging, which is great for reducing tension and stress. Don’t forget the feet, because a foot massage can be quite pleasurable. And try out some hot oils… it can really add to the sensuality of the experience. Can be done as foreplay leading up to sex, or you can go straight for the “happy ending”! ;o)
#5. Aerobics: General: High Impact - A good old fashioned hard pounding that gets both of you off big time, and puts smiles on your faces in the morning. But don't forget the lube!

#3. Calisthenics: vigorous - Very challenging, physically demanding sex involving multiple positions. You'll need to already be in good shape for this one, but it can be a very memorable experience and well worth all the effort and energy expended!
