Thank you so much, Cyn! It's so tough for me to lose weight, but this last week I took off 4#, so that made me happy! It was that way Monday morning, but not on Saturday morning when I log it in this team, but I thought I should change it on SP because I really felt that I'm changing with how I'm eating and I'm hoping so much that I can keep it off. I'm trying harder to be serious about this!! I really thought of bowing out of this weigh-in part of this team because of it being just down to the two of us, but I really don't want to because it's the only team that I do it in and this is my favorite team! emoticon I'm so happy that you've joined us here and I know that Joanna will be too! emoticon Have a super good day!

Well Joanna and SEATTLE (Karen) were winners as they are the only two to stick out the weighing process...You both ended the same as you started....SO Kudos to you both for hanging in there. I'm going to try too weigh in August. I challenge all of you to do the same,

I usually weigh in on Sunday mornings. So mine will be one day later. I also gained a lb. over the 4th. Not bad but would rather have maintained.
