My fitness club membership expired right before Thanksgiving, and I couldn't afford to renew it until just recently. It's just very difficult for me to be motivated to work out at home, so I'm glad that I can start working out again.
1/12 - 70 min cardio, 70 min strength training = 140 minutes

So I just finished our December Statistics and I have to say that we did not do our best through the Christmas holiday. And if I said I expected to lose weight this month, I would be bluffing - big time. I didn't overdo it and didn't gain, but I didn't lose anything either.
But this new year gives us an amazing chance to redeem ourselves and really get the muck out of our heads, the fat out of our bodies, and minutes in for exercise! I know we are all ready to work hard and work strong and move as well as we can.
So that is my FIRST pep talk of the year. LOL!
