Great job this week, ladies! We all went down, or maintained. I gained .6 pounds, but I am not worried about that.

But you are all working hard and doing great!!! So far this month, we are down 12.9 pounds as a team.

I thought for sure that with a month off from working out that I would have gained more weight - I'm SO HAPPY that watching what I put in my mouth all month paid off :) Now I'm on to losing the next 30 pounds!

So I just finished our December Statistics and I have to say that we did not do our best through the Christmas holiday. And if I said I expected to lose weight this month, I would be bluffing - big time. I didn't overdo it and didn't gain much, but I didn't lose anything either.

But this new year gives us an amazing chance to redeem ourselves and really get the muck out of our heads, the fat out of our bodies, and minutes in for exercise! I know we are all ready to work hard and work strong and move as well as we can.

So that is my FIRST pep talk of the year. LOL!
