Sorry these were late! I promise to do better next month!

It seems that we all struggled a bit this month in the weight and exercise month. What I find interesting is that our fluctuations were almost in sync! So maybe it isn't really us, but the seasonal changes that is making everyone plateau! LOL Good luck in OCTOBER!!

Congratulations for getting out there and moving with purpose! I understand that my friends in the North are already well into fall, so chilling weather might keep you from venturing out. Just remember that people are encouraged to spend at least 2 hours outside every day for our own health and well being (it was in a SP article I read). And if you can’t get out of the house for 2 hours, sit in a window seat, or read a book near a window… it’s the closest, and warmest, way to accomplish this supposed sense of well-being. 
