So far, so good! Two weeks in and we're looking pretty good. Be sure to stay hydrated even though it's not hot for most of you. It's still important!

I think this month is going to be hard with my son's birthday this coming week and then halloween/harvest activities happening at the end of the month. We're also having a church potluck next Sunday, and those are always a challenge.

November shouldn't be too awful; we spend Thanksgiving with my parents and they eat very heart-healthy so there's always a lot of healthy options. But then in December we have two birthdays plus all the Christmas stuff; it is definitely going to be a challenge. So I'm really trying to make October a strong month!
