9/1 - 9/7: 180 cardio (includes yard work) + 191 strength = 371

9/8 - 9/14: Started a new job with longer hours this week. No workouts at the gym, but working around the house. I'd guess 30 minutes worth reporting :)

9/15 - 9/21: Only worked out on Monday: 45 minutes strength training; other general housework 30 minutes, I guess.
