7/28 - 8/3: strength 123 + cardio 52 = 175

8/4 - 8/10: strength 134 + cardio 57 = 191

8/11 - 8/17: strength 232 + cardio 32 = 264

8/18 - 8/24: cardio 20 + yardwork 180 = 200 (bad week for my feet!)

8/25 - 8/31: cardio 32 + 329 strength = 361
