6/2 - 6/8 - 390 minutes

6/9 - 6/15 - 1140 min., It's true; moving furniture, pkg boxes and hauling up and down stairs, painting, scrubbing with redecorating our old farmhouse porch!!

6/16 - 6/22 - 415 min.

6/23 - 6/29 - 628 min......tons of weeding everywhere it seems these days! = )

Week ended:

6/1: 44 cardio + 130 strength = 174 total

6/8: 65 cardio (toe and foot pain this week with changing weather) + 95 strength = 160 total

6/15: 23 cardio (foot pain!) + 115 strength = 138 total

6/22: I didn't work out this week; death in the family.

6/29: 37 cardio + 150 strength = 187 total

I must not be counting things as "fitness" that other people do - what does everyone include here?
