I joined the Snap Fitness center near my house this week, so I am going to start posting my exercise minutes. I'm terribly lazy about exercising at home!
For the week ending
4/13 - 20 cardio
4/20 - 45 cardio, 45 strength training
4/27 - 30 cardio, 45 strength training. Also had my baseline fitness assessment - ugh
