I truly do love to see 8 people starting on the weigh-in challenge this month! YAY! it's wonderful to see all these new and exciting faces, as well.

So best of luck to all of this.. and remember that gains do not count against you. We only total up what you lost from week to week and at the end of the month. So whittle away at those waists and rack up some fitness minutes, your warriors!

2/9 - 226 emoticon I had a bad week & binged a couple of days but didn't expect this...WOW, a real eye opener. Got to get back on track.

2/2-210-this number is on an old inefficient scale ...I've ordered a new one which will come next week. If you see anything wacky between now and next week: that's why
