1/6 - wasn't brave enough to weight myself after the holidays
1/13 - 252. I'm back to where I was a year ago. I had to stop working at Lowe's part-time because of my RA and didn't pick up any new exercise to replace it. Working on that now ...
1/20 - 253. Not so good this week - eating my stress. Sigh. I need to substitute my salsa dance DVD for ritz crackers!
1/27 - 251. Now I'm headed in the right direction! I read somewhere that changing your eating habits to lose weight could be "additive" by adding 5 servings of veggies day without changing anything else. So, that's what I did this past week. Not shabby. I'm imagining what I can do if I always eat 5 veggies a day AND exercise. GASP! lol
