Updating this for Cynthia - just trying to help out where I can while she is dealing with computer issues.

Here is the format for reporting your weekly exercise minutes for November. Sorry I didn't think to do it before now. So if you know what you did for the week that just ended, post it here.

Lets get some movement, ladies! Chair cadio counts! Dance during commercials, or walk in place. Wave your arms around when you take a break from desk work. Start with 10 minutes and see how it goes from there! Let's make this a NOVEMBER TO REMEMBER!
