I use crushed flax seed in smoothies, in yogurt, on cereal, and anywhere else it seems appropriate :)

I use it in baking as well.

I take fish oil caps with Omega 3 daily. And usually have fish once a week. Last night it was not very good, but I still ate it!

I take Omega Red Krill oil daily (soft gels-easy to swallow) everyday
I use flax seed in smoothies and on salads 3-4x a week
I eat canned salmon and frozen salmon burgers 3-4 x a week
