I found I could get my totals from my Fitness Tracker, I had added it up the week before and got it wrong (so bad at math lol)

My goal is at least 100 minutes per week that will include cardio & ST

7/1-7 : 177 I did better then I thought I would (though it was all walking)

7/8-14 : 155 minutes mostly cardio

7/15-21 : 80 minutes zumba

7/22-31 : 185 (7/28) various cardio

7/1-7 60. Not a good week. Staying out of bed was my biggest feat.

7/8-14 650 min...probably why I lost 6lbs...lol

7/15-21 300 minutes
