Today I Can________________

6/22. Today I Can try to get some sleep after an exhausting trip to NYC

6/23. Today I Can give myself a hand massage with pain cream and put on splints.

6/24. Today I Can go on my recumbent bike and take a shower

6/25. Today I Can control my overnight eating. (this is a tough one! gonna do it!)

6/26. Today I Can ride my recumbent bike for 15 minutes.

6/30. Today I Can- take a shower and sit outside on my deck amidst my garden

6/22. Today I Can focus only getting the dogs washed with as little pain as possible

6/23. Today I Can NOT wash the dogs that never made it NEAR a bath yesterday!

6/24. Today I Can go outside and scream as loud as I can for stress relief

6/25. Today I Can go into the back field for some target practice (more stress relief)

6/26. Today I Can do only what I have commmitted myself to - nothing more

6/27. Today I Can not commit to so much without a break

6/28. Today I Can work on Di's truck and see what the problem is

6/29. Today I Can keep working on Di's piece of poo truck

6/30. Today I Can still not fix Di's poo truck that HATES me, but I did strength and cardio
