I am doing much better this week and actually searching out GOOD food to eat to fill in the holes. I also added my vitamin to my Favorites and nutrition tracker. I am really bad at NOT taking vitamins.

You go girl!

I unfortunately only eat when I am really really hungry - or bored to death. Sometimes I don't even hit enough calories to get through the day, but what am I supposed to do? Have to get to the grocery so I can start eating right again.

My hands were hurting too much to keep up recording this week but I lost 6 lbs so did good.
