June 8-14 Progressive Relaxation Challenge (stress &pain management)
Progressive relaxation is a helpful tool to reduce stress and help manage pain.
Start at your toes and tighten then relax each muscle group. In the areas of joint pain, skip tightening the muscles, just visualize them relaxing. Be sure to practice your deep breathing.
