6/3 6 Peppers(2), onions, tomato, okra (2)

6/4 3peppers(2), onions, parsnips

6/5 9 servings tomato(2), snow peas(2), peppers&onions(1), mushroom(1)' broccoli (2), carrots(1)

6/6 4 servings Avocado (4) Pineapple last night left my mouth raw so eating soft soothing foods

Weekly challenge - Veggie Madness Challenge starts June 1st!

I challenge you to eat your 3-5 servings of veggies a day. Tell me how many servings and what you ate.

1Serving Equals:

1 cup of raw, leafy veggies
1/2 cup other raw veggies
1/2 cup cooked
1/2 cup of juice
