My weight has been great. I step on the scale each friday of each week and it say that I am losing a lb a week so now my weight is 228 lbs wooohooo on my part.eating healthy is helping big time

My weight has gone up since November from 150 to 162. I had been sick and then had surgery but ready to start back. My RA has not been controlled. Humira is not as effective and tried Orencia and had a bad reaction. It weakened my immune so bad I got shingles and viral meningitis. So back on Humira. I am staying positive thanks to our team!

6/8: 287 and that's with graduation and birthday cakes last Sat...Woo Hoo!

6/15: 290 not a good last few days...stress so bad food choices but the bigger issue is not tracking.
