Starting Friday June 1st this is the place to post your weights!!
Start Weight (6/1):
End Weight (6/30) it's a Saturday so you get one more day!
Read below for weigh-in instructions.......it's the same as May so skip if you know the routine.
Please create ONE post and EDIT it each week adding your newest weigh-in! This makes it *much* easier to track the weights!
If FRIDAYS aren’t convenient for you, pick a day of the week that is and then consistently track your weight on that day of the week.
Remember that gains DO NOT count (thank goodness!!) so even if you maintain or gain, don't be afraid to post it up (and don't quit!!) because we ALL have ups and downs with losing weight!!
***If you don't want to post your actual weight, put zero for your start weight and then plus or minus whatever you gained or lost on the rest of the dates.***
