I see that I forgot to log my weight for the last 2 weeks. Yikes, sorry about that! This week I was 176.5, so I'm hanging in there.

I'm starting my ticker over with going low carb.

5/9: 151 (I saw 149.5 for two days last week...then I ate Mexican for dinner)

5/16: 149.5

5/ 23 whoops forgot to weigh in here--I saws 148.5 this week but that was only because I was sick.

Starting Wednesday, May 2nd (today), this is the place to post your weights!!

Please create ONE post and EDIT it each week adding your newest weigh-in! This makes it *much* easier to track the weights!

If WEDNESDAYS aren’t convenient for you, pick a day of the week that is and then consistently track your weight on that day of the week.

Remember that gains DO NOT count (thank goodness!!) so even if you maintain or gain, don't be afraid to post it up (and don't quit!!) because we ALL have ups and downs with losing weight!!
