Start weight: (I forgot to weigh myself at the beginning of the month, so will go with what the MD scales said at about that time: ) 210 (yikes...gained back what I'd lost!)

Starting Wednesday, April 4th, this is the place to post your weights!!

Please create ONE post and EDIT it each week adding your newest weigh-in! This makes it *much* easier to track the weights!

If WEDNESDAYS aren’t convenient for you, pick a day of the week that is and then consistently track your weight on that day of the week.

Remember that gains DO NOT count (thank goodness!!) so even if you maintain or gain, don't be afraid to post it up (and don't quit!!) because we ALL have ups and downs with losing weight!!

3/14: 149

3/21: 146
