Welcome and yes plain lowfat/nonfat greek yogurt is allowed in phase 1 (up to 2 cups of dairy is recommended in phase 1). I would check out the recipes on the team...there is also a thread where some of us have posted our daily p1 type meals. Also consider joining in the thread "4 week challenge".

I'm trying South Beach for the second time and I'm starting today. I'm getting married in just under 9 months and want to look amazing in my dress. Wish me luck!

I've been trying to find out if I am able to eat Greek Yougurt in phase one? And if anyone has any meal suggestions for phase one that would be great!
