I have EA 2 for Wii, and ditto to Darboymom it really gets me sweating! I'm doing the 9 week program, just finished week 4, and in addition do lower impact exercise at the gym (swimming and elliptical). I really like that it holds me accountable for actually doing the movements because I could easily just excuse myself from a DVD workout (even though it doesn't always count my movements accurately, which many have reported in their reviews of it.)
I just got it for PS3, and have done only the first 2 workouts. For someone who is used to doing 45-60 minutes on an elliptical or 45 minutes of lap swimming, I thought it would be easy. Ha! I couldn't believe how much I was sweating! I liked that it combines bursts of intense cardio with strength in one workout. I still like the gym, but I use the EA Sports for days when I just can't get there.
