Working out is definitely recommended; the best way to do it easily is walking - since starting phase 1 i've started walking 3 or more miles a day, in different segments - all of these while walking my dog. My dog gets great exercise and I do too! And fresh air :)
I take some cardio classes as well (kickboxing and Piloxing), and honestly, 2 days ago I had the greatest Piloxing class ever - that night I had a protein rich meal of lean steak and green beans.
If you're feeling tired, up your protein before you work out, and make sure you give yourself plenty of time to digest (1.5 to 2 hours - 2 hours is best) and hydrate hydrate hydrate!
For me alot of it is mental, so I have to tell myself i'm NOT tired, I feel great! Power on!
