Your challenge today is to NOT EAT JUNK FOOD. What is considered "junk food"? How about:
*White, enriched flour (bread, cereals, pastries)
*Fried foods (chips, fast food items like fries)
*Foods high in calories, but low in nutrients (full fat dressings, etc.)
*Full sugar drinks (sodas, etc.)
Instead of eating/drinking these items, try some healthier versions such as:
*Whole grains & brown rice
*Sugar free sodas or sweets
*Olive oil & vinegar or low sugar/fat dressings
Remember team: READ THOSE FOOD/BEVERAGE LABELS!
