WooHoo. This sounds like the quickfire challenge.
pushups, tricep dips, tricep kickbacks, bicep curls, bicep hammer curls

Well I did 2 this morning so just one more to hit this challenge. So far did 2 sets of 20 push ups and 2 sets of 15 of tricep dips.
Can I count yesterday's lift class? (My arms are still trashed.) If I can remember all we did that worked the arms/shoulders/back -- bicep curls; tricep kickbacks; tricep pullovers; upright rows; bent-over rows; pectoral flys; shoulder press; chest press; and I can't remember some of the names of the drills.

Your challenge today is to DO 3-5 DIFFERENT EXERCISES THAT FOCUS ON FIRMING UP YOUR ARMS. Feel free to use weights, bands, etc. to increase the difficulty of your work-out. There are great suggestions for exercises targeting arms in the Spark Fitness area.
