I'm doing another fitness assessment today so I'll have a full-body workout, for sure.
I'm packaging and freezing ready-to-eat-or-heat foods for my week in training at the hotel. Its been good to obsess over measuring and tracking again, so staying on track this weekend and while I'm away should be easy to do.

I will do both challenges. Very gently on the first one due to my back injury.

You all have heard the term: "Slow and steady wins the race" which we know definitely applies to weight loss. It took time for each of us to slip into an unhealthy lifestyle and we did not put these extra pounds on overnight. It will take dedication and a positive attitude to take it off.
Our challenge today is to WORK EVERY SECTION OF YOUR BODY. You need to find a challenging exercise for each of the following sections:
*Arms *Chest *Waist/Hips *Stomach *Legs
These can be strength training, or you can incorporate cardio. The goal is to WORK YOUR ENTIRE BODY.
You can do this!
AND for Saturday (since I will not be home in time to post - have an overnight function to attend to):
Your challenge for Saturday is to simply stay within your calorie range. Measure everything you eat and drink. Read labels. Keep an honest account. By being accountable for what you eat, drink, exercise, etc., you are on your way to a healthy weight. YOU CAN DO THIS!
