Your challenge today is to DO 30 MINUTES OF CONTINUOUS CARDIO EXERCISE. Great ways to do this challenge are:
*Take a brisk walk (pump your arms for a more vigorous workout)
*Take an exercise class at the gym
*Take a bike ride
*Do some cross country skiing
*Do an exercise DVD
*Play a team sport or play in the yard/park with the kids
*Take a light jog with the dog
