Ugh......snow............ I think I'd better bring the Corkster down here or does he have a parka and snow shoes? I know you have only had him for a short time so he probably doesn't have the wardrobe Abe does. Our dogs here have to look a certain way. Rugged, not too pretty or preppy. We have Carthardt here. We can fix Corkster up.

Lifting that wine glass will count if it weighs 50 pounds. Don't get a bunch of sweat in it either. Nobody likes salty wine. emoticon

Congrats - we made it to Friday!

Your challenge today is to DO 30 MINUTES OF CONTINUOUS CARDIO EXERCISE. Great ways to do this challenge are:

*Take a brisk walk (pump your arms for a more vigorous workout)
*Take an exercise class at the gym
*Take a bike ride
*Do some cross country skiing
*Do an exercise DVD
*Play a team sport or play in the yard/park with the kids
*Take a light jog with the dog
