I did 33 minutes on the treadmill and then upper body circuit training. Very excited that a friend of mine decided to meet me at the gym and even signed up for the Wednesday morning Pilates reformer class with me. Workouts are so much more fun when shared with a friend!
49 years young and still have the only child syndrome! LOL!! emoticon

heck I don't sleep well as it is (brain turns on and its all over)so I ended up sleeping from 11-1am..and then a "nap" from 6 to 7am. So mental cardio for sure!
