Sorry for the delayed challenge - it's a grandbaby day today so even though my day started at 5am, I didn't get to the computer until now..lol.
Your challenge today is a personal one. Today's challenge is work on the hardest challenge for you.
For me today, it will be finding balance. My Thursdays are jammed packed and I am running on empty usually. I have the grandbaby overnight on Wednesdays and then we end up doing all our errands, shopping today. I have to remind myself that coffee is not a food group and eat properly.
