Walked on the treadmill for 2hours today.
Prosser, Washington PDT
I went and walked on the treadmill for 60 minutes at the gym.
It freezing here in NYC, but I got my daughter and my granddaughter bundled up and we took a nice hour walk around the park and to the store and back.
Change is a process, not an event.
I control my body, it doesn't control me.

We mall walked for about 2hrs. The kids got to talk with Santa too! Crazy busy out there!
