IF I ever come out from under the covers, I may get beyond the espresso (that thankfully the mister brought to me) and have breakfast! I need to survey what veggies I have. Definitely will have egg whites and something..lol. I made Aliegh lentils yesterday so maybe will put that in an omelete.

I had a bowl of fiber one cereal w/ skim milk and a sliced banana. And some yummy tea to help wake me up/keep me warm on this chilly winter morning. That was about 3 hours ago and I'm still full!

Well, Obi Wan, you know what I had............ahem. LOL. I had healthy egg whites, 4 of them, and a clementine and some Hood Calorie Countdown Chocolate Dairy Beverage and..................2 strips of lower sodium bacon. Not Beachy but my Md okays it.

Happy Wednesday to you!

Do you eat breakfast every day? If you don't - think about your body. You are resting it from anywhere between 7-9 hours a night, and then expect it to function at 100% until lunch. No wonder those of us that skip breakfast are more likely to eat and eat as the day goes on. Our body is trying to get the fuel that we deprived it first thing in the morning!

Your challenge today is to EAT A HEALTHY, WELL-BALANCED BREAKFAST. Start off your day right! If you have already had your breakfast, share what you have eaten. Maybe it will give some of us knew ideas to mix up our breakfast choices.
