I have befriended two types of people, mostly. 1--Women who are like me (age, height, weight, lifestyle) and who have goals in common with me and 2--women who have already achieved what I want to do for myself. The women who are like me are my Spark Sisters, we motivate each other to stay on track. Those who are already "there" are my role models. I ask them questions and follow their blogs to discover secrets to success that I can implement into my own Spark plan.
