Your challenge today is to EAT ALL OF YOUR DAILY FIBER REQUIREMENTS THROUGH YOUR MENU. Really give this one your best gang. Instead of turning to a fiber tablet or powder, try getting all of your fiber from:
*Fresh fruits & vegetables
*Whole grains (i.e. brown rice, rolled oats, etc.)
*Enriched fiber foods
