1) Try your best to eat healthy ALL DAY LONG. That includes getting in whole grains, plenty of water, 5-7 fruits & vegetables, and lean proteins & dairy.
2) Stay within your calorie range.
These are two big ones, but I KNOW YOU CAN DO IT!
