No prob...although the composition might be a little different..it's what's on track right now for Your's Truly.

It's come to the point now, that if I got OFF track...I think I'd break out in a purple rash or something....and that's a good thing...right?

You have two challenges today:

1) Try your best to eat healthy ALL DAY LONG. That includes getting in whole grains, plenty of water, 5-7 fruits & vegetables, and lean proteins & dairy.

2) Stay within your calorie range.

These are two big ones, but I KNOW YOU CAN DO IT!
