Will do! Going to run some errands, where I like to walk at a fast pace around the aisles of the store, several times, before finally settling on what I needed to get in the first place. May run out to the mall and walk it a bit too. Way to hot outside, heat index is over 100 +.

Happy Tuesday to you! I will be finally houseguest free this morning and life will return to "normal"...well as normal as it can get in my household..HA!

Did you realize that we are approaching the middle of August already? Wow! Where has the time gone? Who is ready to get serious about healthy eating and exercise? YOU ARE? That is FANTASTIC!!!

Your challenge today is to get in 45 MINUTES OF ANY EXERCISE. You do not have to work out for 45 consecutive minutes. Feel free to break up your exercise throughout the day. The idea is to get your heart rate up and to WORK OFF THOSE CALORIES!
