This was easy, had to chase a puppy around the house a lot, plus ran several errands to the store, where I parked far away, circled the store with a shopping cart, at a fast pace around the perimeter of the aisles before shopping...just to get in some extra steps and such.

Does vigorously painting my mother's house count??
I'm counting it cuz now I have little energy to do much else. Still on Phase One day 9 but who's counting??

Happy Saturday to you!

Your challenge today is to BURN 250 CALORIES THROUGH CARDIO EXERCISE. This is an easy challenge folks, and can be done by:

*Going for a brisk walk
*Kicking the ball around the yard with the kids
*Jumping on the backyard trampoline for 30 minutes
*Going for a bike ride
*Putting on roller blades and ride around the neighborhood
*Do a short exercise video
*Jump rope
