Your challenge today is to BURN 250 CALORIES THROUGH CARDIO EXERCISE. This is an easy challenge folks, and can be done by:
*Going for a brisk walk
*Kicking the ball around the yard with the kids
*Jumping on the backyard trampoline for 30 minutes
*Going for a bike ride
*Putting on roller blades and ride around the neighborhood
*Do a short exercise video
*Jump rope
