Did good!! 1129 today. Without processed foods it is much easier to keep it down.
Yeah, for Luvsbulldogs!! You are doing to great. Each pound we lose makes us work all the harder for the next pound, I think.
Na is really easy for me to go over on. I like canned beans on my salad for lunch and I think that's what pushes my Na over the limit.

Love this challenge....it is a 24/7/365 thing for me. Have to keep it between 1500 and 2000 mg daily. So love it, love it, love it!

Sodium. It seems to be in everything that we buy. It is even in foods such as cookies, soda, and breads.
Your challenge today is to KEEP YOUR SODIUM IN CHECK & READ LABELS! Try to keep your sodium under 2400 (lower than that is preferred). Watch out for these foods as they have lots of salt in them:
*Snack foods (crackers, chips, cookies)
Remember: READ LABELS!
Also, instead of using salt while you are cooking, try some other ways to flavor your foods:
*Fresh or dried herbs
*Lemon or lime juice
*Low sodium broth
