I really think it's difficult to measure the same place each time. I think we need to tattoo the locations on our body to make sure we are comparing the apples to apples.

I've lost weight since my last measurements but my measurements are almost the same as in January. LOL. I'm trying to not hate everyone else who lost tons of inches though. My being nice should count for a half inch or something. emoticon

I measured myself this morning:

I have lost 8.5 inches in my waist, 7.5 inches in my hips, 2 inches in my neck (???) since December. I never logged my chest measurements then - no idea why but have lost 1.25 inches there since the beginning of May. I'll have to see if I noted my starting measurements anywhere else.

I measured this morning. Yesterday was the end of my first two weeks. I lost 5 1/2 lbs (1/10 of my goal) and 5 3/4 inches. I am really happy with my results!

Happy Monday to you!

The middle of each month is a great time to MEASURE YOUR BODY. Get out your tape measure (or print one out online). Areas to measure are:

*Chest
*Bust
*Waist
*Hips

OPTIONAL:
*Neck
*Wrists
*Upper Thighs
*Upper Arms
*Ankles

Have your measurements changed? Feel free to share how your body is changing.

Remember: There are times when the scale does not show that you are losing weight, but the tape measure does. Watch your progress by measuring yourself ONCE A MONTH.
Have a LOOK AT THOSE NUMBERS GETTING SMALLER Monday!
