Your challenge today is to EAT WHOLE, HEALTHY, & HEARTY! That means that you need to concentrate on eating:
*Healthy foods that are NOT fried or full of unhealthy fats, full of sugar, or full of sodium
*Lowfat dairy products
*Healthy fats that are full of Omega 3 acids (nuts, olive oil, flax seeds, etc.)
Also, remember to drink HEALTHY beverages that aren't full of sugar or empty calories. You are throwing away your daily caloric target when you drink things like a Starbuck's venti Chocolate Brownie Frappuccino at 600 calories!
When preparing your food (or eating out), make sure to use cooking methods like:
*Stir-Fried (you can use broth instead of oil or use your healthy Omega 3 olive oil for this)
Have a HEART HEALTHY Wednesday!
