Yep, yep, I'm eating this healthy stuff you mentioned but I got kinda triggered by that Starbuck's venti Chocolate Brownie Frappuccino. I've never been to Starbuck's as I don't drink coffee but this sounds like quite a drink. LOL. I've never drank a brownie before.

Went to Phase 2 today. I added in Uncle Sam cereal. Ate it for a snack.
Sodium has been high most days on Phase 1. My ticker went down!!! Pat myself on the back.

I'm on my 5th day of phase 1 and everything I'm having today is healthy. I have green salad with chicken breast for lunch. When I buy groceries, I get a large bag of boneless, skinless chicken breasts and cook them in the crock pot. Then I freeze them in small bags and they are ready to go when I pack my lunch.

Good reminder Kierae - I do strive for this daily - just don't always succeed or sometimes get carried away with too much of even the good things! LOL

Your challenge today is to EAT WHOLE, HEALTHY, & HEARTY! That means that you need to concentrate on eating:
*Healthy foods that are NOT fried or full of unhealthy fats, full of sugar, or full of sodium
*Lowfat dairy products
*Healthy fats that are full of Omega 3 acids (nuts, olive oil, flax seeds, etc.)
Also, remember to drink HEALTHY beverages that aren't full of sugar or empty calories. You are throwing away your daily caloric target when you drink things like a Starbuck's venti Chocolate Brownie Frappuccino at 600 calories!
When preparing your food (or eating out), make sure to use cooking methods like:
*Stir-Fried (you can use broth instead of oil or use your healthy Omega 3 olive oil for this)
Have a HEART HEALTHY Wednesday!
