No problem here. I have done better the last few days.

So far, I'm doing well, but I just noticed that I've "lost" ten calories a day! Did they revise the ranges? Or do they automatically change as your weight decreases??

I'm in for the challenge. So far so good. I can still eat about 600 more calaries for the day.

I read this challenge AFTER I'd had German tomato soup during my lunch out and a 12-almond snack. I am left with a shade less than 400 calories for dinner and snack, SO, it's probably tuna salad on a big bed of greens, with veggie sides. It's a good challenge, and on a day when I really need it!

Amy,

Three ideas here: add olive oil to almost anything, add nuts, and add no fat yogurt as a salad dressing.

A neat "recipe" if you like eggs: prickly and bitter frisée lettuce with a very soft poached egg -- break the egg into the lettuce and it becomes a lovely salad dressing.

Regards, Bob

I think I need this. I am having a hard time some days hitting the 1200. I can fill my plate but then I am so full I don't eat it all. I am actually leaving food on my plate.

You are right on target for today's challenge, I been noticing that I have been going so under my calories and it seems as if it is hindering my weight loss with my working outs , so I decided this morning that I was going to not go under my calories today.

Yeppers...good challenge, especially for those of US (meaning me) who have a problem keeping those calories UP where they should be.

This never was a problem pre-South Beach!!! lol

It's amazing what getting rid of the fried chicken, platefuls of pasta and donuts can do!! emoticon

It's not that some people have willpower and some don't. It's that some people are ready to change and others are not.

You couldn't have picked a better challenge today for me -- I'm moving my calories up from 1200 to 1500 a day, and am worried about over-eating.

Have a nice day, Bob

I'm having minor surgery today at 3:30. I can't eat so I am sure I will be under calorie range!

Happy Thursday to you!

Your challenge today is to STAY WITHIN YOUR CALORIE RANGE. Make an effort to count all that you consume (meals, snacks, drinks, and "nibbles").

YOU CAN DO THIS!

Have a RIGHT ON TARGET Thursday!
