Many of us become lax with our measuring the longer we eat healthier. However, it helps to check your "eye-balling measurements" every now and then.
Your challenge today is to MEASURE ALL FOOD CONSUMED. Bring out your measuring cups & spoons. Bring out your kitchen scale. You just may be surprised at how much you are really eating. Measuring your food helps you to stay on track. It also helps to get you to your goal weight faster.
