I always measure my food too. I have 3 kitchen scales and they are on the counter. LOL

Is that bowl of cereal that you eat each morning really just 1 cup? Are you really eating just one ounce of cheese at lunch? Is that really just half a cup of spaghetti sauce on your pasta?

Many of us become lax with our measuring the longer we eat healthier. However, it helps to check your "eye-balling measurements" every now and then.

Your challenge today is to MEASURE ALL FOOD CONSUMED. Bring out your measuring cups & spoons. Bring out your kitchen scale. You just may be surprised at how much you are really eating. Measuring your food helps you to stay on track. It also helps to get you to your goal weight faster.
