OMG! This topic was completely on my mind today. I met with a trainer yesterday and I'm so glad I did because he evaluated me and told me that one of the places I do need to work is my core--so he worked it and worked it. Today I was SO sore in the stomach--but I went to my class anyway and worked my core somemore.
Rock hard abs here I come!

There's no help for me in a swim suit at my age but I have been doing the exercises. LOL.
