OMG! This topic was completely on my mind today. I met with a trainer yesterday and I'm so glad I did because he evaluated me and told me that one of the places I do need to work is my core--so he worked it and worked it. Today I was SO sore in the stomach--but I went to my class anyway and worked my core somemore.

Rock hard abs here I come!

There's no help for me in a swim suit at my age but I have been doing the exercises. LOL.

Happy Tuesday to you!

Your challenge today is to complete 3-5 different exercises that concentrate on strengthening your abdominal and back muscles.

Strengthening these muscles will improve your posture. They will also help you look fantastic in a swimsuit!

To find exercises directed towards abs & back muscles, go to the Spark Fitness area and look up "Core".

Can YOU do 3-5 abdominal & back exercises (reps of approx. 12-15 each)? YOU BET YOU CAN!
