I went walking with hubby today...2 1/2 miles in 50 minutes...pretty fast for these old legs! I have vowed to do more walking for a faster weightloss. It was a brisk day and a nice day for a walk.
Nothing tastes as good as THIN feels!
I walked around the mall again...today. :)
