1 cup of plain yogurt w/ half a crystal light packet (or some kind of sweetener like agave) and a cup of fruit. I also add in an ounce of nuts some days or Kashi GoLean. Calories range from 180-300.
One serving of turkey pepperoni which is 17, slightly nuked in the microwave with a wedge of laughing cow cheese. It's chips and cheese! Calories - 105
Almonds - 1 ounce
Sliced cucumbers w/ hummus
Sliced red peppers w/ hummus or tahini garlic sauce.
