Ironically I am "antifiber" today due to my horrid stomach aches last night but I still met the minimum. Sucks when you get plenty of fluid and still get hit with cramps. emoticon

Well, I managed to get 29 without the Benefiber, thanks to some leftover black-eyed peas. Hooray.

Does adding Benefiber count, or do we have to do it all with food?

My fiber count was scary yesterday - 52! And omg my tummy was feeling it last night. I really have to rotate low days with high days...lol.

"Beans, beans the musical fruit..."

My fiber has been low. I'm going to try some white kidney beans with supper. Yum!

Happy Thursday to you!

Your challenge today is to get in AT LEAST your minimum amount required for fiber. Do not assume just because you are eating lots of veggies, you are meeting the fiber minimum (which is 25).

Fiber helps clean your system and keeps your body in tip-top condition. Great ways to get fiber are:

*Fruits & Vegetables
*Legumes
*Whole Grains
*Seeds

Remember: Fiber is wonderful for your body, HOWEVER you need to drink enough water to help it through. Make sure to get in your water requirements as well.

Hope all have a great day!
