Your challenge today is to get in AT LEAST your minimum amount required for fiber. Do not assume just because you are eating lots of veggies, you are meeting the fiber minimum (which is 25).
Fiber helps clean your system and keeps your body in tip-top condition. Great ways to get fiber are:
*Fruits & Vegetables
Remember: Fiber is wonderful for your body, HOWEVER you need to drink enough water to help it through. Make sure to get in your water requirements as well.
